ELIGIBLE CASES
- ▸Defective item on arrival (stitching, fabric defect, print failure).
- ▸Incorrect size delivered or size does not fit as per size chart.
INELIGIBLE CASES
- ▸Washed, worn, or ironed items.
- ▸Tags removed or original packaging damaged.
- ▸Customized / bulk / made-to-order products (non-returnable unless defective).
- ▸Items marked as FINAL SALE or clearance.
- ▸Change of mind / wrong colour ordered by you.
SIZE-SWAP RULE
- ▸Each order is eligible for ONE (1) size swap only — 1 per order.
- ▸Forward and reverse shipping is covered by us for the size swap.
- ▸Second swap on the same order is not permitted — please double-check the size chart before placing another one.
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
- ▸Log in to your account and open ORDERS within 7 days of delivery.
- ▸Pick the item, select REASON = DEFECTIVE or SIZE ISSUE, and upload clear photos.
- ▸Our team replies within 24 hours with a pickup schedule and an RMA code.
- ▸Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
WHAT WE DO NOT REFUND
- ▸Shipping fees on COD orders.
- ▸Coupon discounts, Ink Coins, and Ink Points used on the original order (they are re-credited to your wallet instead of cash refund).
